You are responsible for reviewing product details and confirming that the shelf is suitable for your intended wall, room, use, dimensions, and load before ordering and installation.

6Installation, Use, and Safety

Shelves must be installed and used correctly. Follow all instructions, warnings, weight limits, hardware guidance, and maintenance information supplied with the product. Different wall materials may require different anchors or fixings. Supplied hardware may not be suitable for every wall type.

• Check for wiring, pipes, and other hidden hazards before drilling.
• Use fixings suitable for the wall material and expected load.
• Use a qualified installer when you are unsure about the wall, tools, hardware, or installation method.
• Do not exceed the stated load limit or place weight unevenly.
• Keep heavy, sharp, fragile, or dangerous items safely positioned.
• Check installed shelves and hardware regularly and stop using a shelf if it becomes loose, damaged, or unstable.

7Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement means we received the order; it does not always mean the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the product, or otherwise clearly confirm that the sale is complete.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or legal requirements. If payment was already collected for a cancelled order, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information. Orders intended for resale or commercial redistribution require our written approval.

8Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website and may change before an order is placed. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other charges are shown or handled as explained during checkout and in the applicable policies.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. Payment may be subject to authorization, fraud review, and provider terms.

If a clear pricing or calculation error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item before acceptance. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

9Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes, sales, gifts, bundles, and promotional offers may have separate rules, dates, product limits, or eligibility requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied after purchase, or used on excluded products. We may refuse misuse, duplicate use, automated use, or fraudulent use of an offer.

10Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Our estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to the details and possible delays explained in that policy.

Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day refund guarantee as explained in the Refund Policy. Return eligibility, timing, condition rules, shipping costs, inspections, and refund processing are controlled by the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

11Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

Luxora Shelves names, logos, and branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, or affiliation without written permission.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You give Luxora Shelves a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law. This license continues for content already used or incorporated into materials, to the extent allowed by law.

We may moderate, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to review every submission. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must disclose any material reward or relationship connected to the review.

14Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or rely on third-party payment, delivery, analytics, social, or other services. Those services are operated independently and may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, acts, or policies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that every description, image, or item of content will be completely accurate at all times.

Nothing on the Website is professional construction, engineering, architectural, or installation advice. Product information does not replace inspection of the installation area or advice from a qualified professional.

These disclaimers do not exclude product warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxora Shelves and its owners, staff, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the Website or products.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability for a claim connected to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

17Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Luxora Shelves for reasonable losses, claims, damages, and costs caused by your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights. This section does not apply where the loss results from our own conduct or where consumer law prevents it.

18Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or end access to the Website or an account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, acted fraudulently, or misused the Website. 19Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Luxora Shelves and the transaction, without removing any mandatory protection you receive under the law of your usual place of residence. Courts or dispute bodies with lawful authority may hear a dispute.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and explain the issue so both sides can try to resolve it in good faith. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a right that cannot legally be restricted.

20General Terms

These Terms and the policies they reference form the agreement between you and Luxora Shelves concerning the Website and your order. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the affected provision will be applied as far as legally allowed.

Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and duties as part of a business transfer or where the transfer does not reduce your mandatory rights.
